Just want to let my Redbook buddies know I made it over here. And a very special "I'm so glad to see you here!" to Pepperoni, my first women.com buddy. This definitely reminds me more of women.com and the "good old days". Think we can do 1000 posts again? (wink....haven't figured out the faces yet but I'm so glad to see them!). And they have a search tool too! It seems a bit overwhelming size wise but I'll give it a try -- I would definitely like to start posting again instead of lurking all the time.
Hello to all the MB members -- I'm a betrayed spouse and next month will be 2 years since D-Day. I'm really busy today but will be back to post my story.
Hugs, JJ

Here's the thread that Orchid took the time to put together. As for smilies and stuff, those are under the window that you type your message on. Under the "instant graemlins" and "instant ubb code"
http://www.marriagebuilders.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=37&t=015609
Hope it helps.

I did it! I briefly checked out Orchid's post and will read it more carefully later. It seems like when a new post is added to a thread it moves to the top??? What are the references "to the top", "bump", "up", etc. ?? I know, I should probably go read all the stuff first
Hope....you are too funny!
Pepper....way to go - 50 posts already!
Back to reading....

JJ,
Looks like you're getting the hang of it! Yes, when you add another post to a thread, it moves it up to the top of the forum page. That is also the reason for other's posting "to the top" or "bump" or even just "up", when they feel it is an important thread for other's to read, or when it is specifically aimed towards another member, who hasn't responded yet. On GQII, there are so many who post, that a thread can get lost. I usually post on the Pregnancy/Child board here, but often lurk around here as well.
Glad you are getting the hang of it, and read up as much as you can. There's great stuff to be read here.
TTFN,
Tigger4
