Can anyone give me some advice on how to stop letting all this junk run through your head once you've decided it's really over?

I wish they could, I can relate. it's seems that it runs day and night. I wake up tired because of all this stuff going through my mind. I posted my sit awhile ago. Sometimes I wish that everyone could respond so maybe I or we could see it and say tha is it make your decision and stick with it. I guess we both have to kee on trying until we see that or feel it inside.

It is hard not to think about everything and I was very obsessed until just this last few days. I don't know what has really changed but I have realized I need to feel good about myself and not let him keep me down. I was letting everything he did or didn't do control me. It is hard not too and I am going to still go to a Dr. for some anti dep. , a lot of people here are on them and they say it helps with the obsessive thoughts. It's been 10 wks since d-day and no contact with OW and I am finally feeling a bit better, so there is hope. Do good things for yourself!
