I told you on my other post that my H brought the kids back with his OW....
my son is now at a basketball game...my intermediary took him. SHe just called me on the phone and said my H is at the game. That means that SHE is there too. God, he has nerve.
My friend asked what she should do...and I said to bring Kyle straight home after the game. I now H will approach him--and Kyle will want to be with him. Yuck.
Should I go there. I am afraid I will tell him off. My head is pounding...I am afraid of blowing this. My lawyer said he is in contempt of court and to have nothing to say or do with him. I was thinking I could go and say that we are going out to eat tonight for pizza. I don't want him with H and his girlfriend...how immoral. I am just sick about this. I know I need to calm down---but I want to kill him---and mostly I want my son away from him. Please tell me what to do!

MM,
Start by breathing slowly, long slow breaths. Calm yourself. Your being like this will only make matters worse.
There is nothing you can really do about him having her there. He is their father and he obviously have different moral code then you do. Your children are going to be influenced by both of you. This is hard to live with but it is simply the way life is.
Have your friend bring your son home. Have her say that you already have dinner plans. Then be calm around your son when he gets home.
There is an agreement but he's breaking it. So tomorrow call your attorney and find out what can be done to enforce legal agreement. You may find that there is a way to do this. Or you may find that it's just and expensive paragraph that cannot be enforced. But let the attorney handle it. That is what you pay him/her for.

{{{{{hugs}}}}}} I know am so sorry for what you are going through. I went through stuff like this with my ex-H and our son.
The increadable thing is that our son is so together. He sees his father for what he is and understands what is right or wrong. I think it's because he and I have a very open relationship. We discuss everything. He tell me what goes on at this dad's and I help him figure out ways to deal with it. I think that in the end he is becoming a very good person for having been exposed to this crap and learning to deal with it in a mature way. (Guess that's the lemonaide.)

I answered on your other thread. IMO, let the courts take care of this. Don't let yourself be drawn into a confrontation. Let us know how this evening turns out.
Estes

Hi MnM, I know exactly what your feeling I am dealing with the same issues. I don't want my kids around OW either, but zorweb is right in saying that there is nothing that we can really do about it. Just take a deep breath and know that we are here for you to vent. ((((Hugs))))

Love Sally
