This my second marriage and we have 4 teenaged girls between us (each have 2). I think my husband is addicted to internet porn and is constantly lying to me about its use. I have started a snoop-fest. . . put spector software on pc and going through burned CD's and diskettes. I found a diskette and a jpg file of my 18 year old daughter who happens to be an international model. I found it in a pouch of his laptop case that he uses for work. This is setting warning bells off in my head. Why would he have this pic on a diskette - to show the guys at work his attractive stepdaughter? Maybe other reasons that I don't want to imagine. He does not have pics of my other daughter on diskettes or of his own daughters for that matter. He also has a modelling poster of her in his office as well as pics of me and the other girls. This daughter is quite assertive and I can't see her allowing him to victimize her so I doubt he has actually harmed her. Should I take it up with him or consider it harmless. He has 2 pics and her boyfriend is in the pic too. I am waiting to see what turns up from pc with the spector software recordings. . . so far only know about the porn thing. Please help!

You can't assume that because she is assertive she is able to fend him off.<p>It sounds like your husband needs professional help. It is not right that he has pictures of your daughters. It could be considered child sexual abuse. You need to get in touch with a professional immediately and discuss this, for the sake of your children. Please do not assume everything is ok. If you even suspect some kind of sexual abuse, you need to deal with it.

I was abused as a child and I think I am assertive because of it. It's a nightmare and I'm sorry that you are dealing with this. My H and I have cut off overnights for our children with his parents because his father is involved in internet porn. You need to consider everything that you are going through. Get help asap. Talk to your 18 yo. Ask her if you need to know anything to protect your and his daughters. If he has an ex wife, ask her also. Tell her what you know and get this taken care of. I would not risk living under the same roof with a child molester. You know, men who look at "teen" porn, in my mind are in the same book as child molesters to me. You make up your mind, but I wouldn't want any H of mine looking at my dd.
