What's the stress level for you right now? I've heard it's attributed to stress, or even not enough sleep.

It is most certainly stress.... I get the eye thing happening every time I sit an exam and or have sleepless nights, the best thing I have found to do is some meditation or other relaxation techniques. You must take care of you when the stress level is so high, otherwise you set yourself up for any number of stress related illnesses. Sorry, I didn't mean to sound stupid, asking if there was stress. What I meant was has it been worse in the past couple days, compared to what it's been, oh, let's say since Christmas(just for a time frame). Believe me, I understand the stress that everyone here is carrying around with them. I meant is there anything extra right now. I don't know your full story, and have followed a couple of your threads, but often loose them, as I normally post on P/C, which moves at a much slower pace than it does here. Anyway, I agree with Lyndy. Take care of yourself, think of some sort of relaxation techniques to help calm those nerves!<p>Tigger4

Relisient,<p>What makes your eyes twich is usually lack of magnesium. Take a good multi mineral & it should help. Stress can agravate it.

Hi Jo - Seems you've got way better answers than I can provide.<p>So, I'll just relate an incident that really affected my eyes: It was when I was about 14, playng volleyball on the beach and Mary Sue's bathing suit top fell off. My eyes have never "healed." Maybe I need some magnesium, too. [img]images/icons/smile.gif" border="0[/img] <p>WAT

This malady can definitely be related to stress. It develops in the same way as a facial "tic" whereas there is uncontrollable twitching. My son started nodding his head at the onset of puberty and I was beside myself in finding out the nature of the problem. After a bit of research, I found that his particular problem was stress related and magnified by the stages of puberty. He did stop the nodding but it took a few months to cease. It is an annoyance which may leave unexpectedly. Hope this is of some help.

My eyes do this when I am having a migraine. That's STRESSS!!!!!!!!!1
