Hi Sing,<p>You are so kind to check on me. <p>I'm okay, I'm trying to keep busy ... working, reading ... but I am having nightmares and I believe it's because I'm trying to surpress or ignore my feelings. To be honest, my nerves are frayed.<p>A while back I started an exercise class called "Pilates", somewhat like Yoga. Dancers use it to strengthen and lengthen their muscles. So that has been something I've been concentratiing on.<p>But I do still hurt. It's so hard to make myself believe my x-H is going to be married to someone else .... mind boggling for me.<p>How are you doing? <p>Jo
