Yet another infidelity ridden movie ....
Cheryl Ladd stars in "Her Best Friend's Husband".
I mean, isn't it happening in real life enough that people wouldn't need to run home and watch it on TV.
<CLICK>

That's the same reason I'm no longer watching tv right now. It's amazing how cheating is such a huge draw in movies. Well I'll not be watching this one either.

It's every where, music big time too. Or is it that I am just more aware of it? And don't laugh it off as something that can't happen to me!!
Dawn

Just had to tell all of you.....I watched this movie out of curiousity. It wasn't what I thought. The couples had been together in college, and remained friends. Cheryl Ladd's husband died, and Beth Armstrong decided to divorce her husband. She pushed him away repeatedly, ignored his efforts to rectify things, and just said they had grown apart. She wanted to do her own thing; start her own business. It was only after she practically threw the two of them together that anything happened. They didn't explain much about what was driving her to push her husband away, but he kept trying to be loving to her. Apparently Cheryl Ladd and Beth Armstrong's husband had dated in college and then Cheryl Ladd introduced him to Beth, and they got married. Both parties were vulnerable, and the divorcing wife really did push them together in my opinion.

Jo...Lifetime (supposedly the women's channel) seems to show a lot of "affair" related movies. I absolutely hate it, and turn them off. Although at a glance, they appear to be a good movie, it doesn't take but a second to figure out the story line!

I used to watch alot of Lifetime both Lifetime Channel and Lifetime Movie Network. I've notice I can't watch a movie about infidelity, it's a trigger waiting to happen. No thank you.. Animal Planet and History Channel for me.

I didn't want to watch that movie either! I was afraid that I would see myself. I have trouble watching Everybody Loves Raymond.....but hey...I am also the one that shed a few tears because of songs in the supermarket...(am I nuts or what???)
MAX
