Our little boy is just over 2 and was born with a "rare" brain anomoly called Agenesis of the Corpus Collosum. He's been doing wonderful with the help of therapy, but today at daycare he had a siezure. Not the tonic clonic kind, but a siezure nonetheless. People with his brain anomoly are likely to have siezure disorders, but I was hoping (like any mother would ) that it would not happen to MY child. Anyhow, please pray that the siezures don't progress and are just a once in awhile thing...I really don't want to deal with the whole medication/side effects issue or the chance of these effecting his slow, but at-least-progressing development!
Thanks so much!

My mom's twin has epilepsy, my sister has it too, and since [censored] brain injury he is one of the crowd. I've read up on the subject a ton in the past year, email me if you'd like, and I can tell you what I know and maybe lend a shoulder or ear.

I will pray for you as often as I remember. I think God will remind me when you need it most. (I'm taking baby steps in my praying and don't want to fail my promise to you, that's why I don't promise more.)
Hoping

Will pray for you as God reminds me...
Yes, enjoy every precious moment with him and focus on the 9/10 good things that happen, not the 1/10 bad.
Dancer

You and your family are in my prayers as well. Take care, and always remember it's ok to feel weak sometimes. That's true in any aspect of life. I hope your son is doing better, and I will keep prayer for the best all around.
