I've been so reluctant to post much about H and I and the process of recovery that we are going through. I'm always afraid that I'll jinx myself somehow - yes silly I know. Things have been wonderful between us and once again we are sharing the same bedroom. I love the new me and I love the way my H is reacting to me now. I am stronger now than I ever have been and I thank all of you for helping me get to this point.
The only thing that was holding me up was H working daily with the OW. It's hard having to hear her voice and know he's only feet away from her all day. But now the good news - back when I had my dinner dilemma zorweb said "at best maybe OW will quit her job now" and she has! She turned in her resignation today! I'll do the joy joy dance while my H is still at work and regain my dignity before he gets home
Things are looking up for sure. Thank you all soooooooooo much for helping me deal with this. Hugs to everyone!
[ April 03, 2002: Message edited by: TinyDancer ]

(Two different reliable sources...)
Where's the "Snoopy-dancing-across-the-post" icon when you need it?
Hugs as we twirl around the floor!!
Cali

Do the hustle for me baby!
I think this calls for a celebration! Some new undies perhaps? Maybe a note slipped to him during dinner with a little description of something lovely?
Elizabeth

This is awesome news TD and Cali! I couldn't be happier for each of you that a "major" trigger is out of sight and out of mind, literally.

GeezLouise and sadprincess thanks for your replies. It really is such a relief that she'll be gone soon. I'm counting the days.
I do realize that there is more to recovery than the former OW co-worker to quit her job but it certainly does make it much easier knowing he isn't with her every day. Her new job is in a different small town west of us so she no longer has the excuse of a "shortcut" to drive past our house daily. Things are most definitely looking up
