When my horse died, it was on the upper story balcony of a tall apartment building. There was a rope tied to it that went over a pully on the roof and down to where it was tied around my waist. When the horse fell, I was pulled up because it weighs more than I do. I hit it HARD on my way up as it came down. When it hit the ground, I was at the balcony level. I notice a bucket of bricks that I needed for a job I was working on down at ground level. I picked up the bucket, but it and me combined weighed more than the horse, so down I went! Hit the horse HARD on my way down, and ended up losing some of the bricks out of the bucket. Momentum carried me to the ground, but the greater weight of the horse than me and the remaining bucket of bricks brought me up into contact with the horse again on my way up to the balcony. I was so stunned by this time that I stupidly added bricks from the stack on the balcony, not remembering where I was in the sequence of events and actually thinking I needed to equalize the weights to get out of this cycle. Unfortunately, Me and the bucket were once again heavier than the horse, and down we went, to encounter the horse again, HARD, on its way up. That hurt, so I did my best to try to hang on to the bucket of bricks once on the ground so that the horse wouldn't pull me back up again. I managed to tie the rope to a nearby railing and so was able to put down the bricks. Unfortunately, the horse was too heavy for the railing and it was pulled out of the concrete and up into the air. Before I could react, the horse had fallen on me.
We were both killed.

On another day, my horse and I were flying in an open cockpit byplane across the midwest. Unfortunately, we fell out of the plane.
Fortunately, we both had parachutes.
Unfortunately, our chutes didn't open.
Fortunately, we were headed for a large haystack in a farmer's field below us.
Unfortunately, there was a pitchfork in the haystack.
Fortunately, we missed the pitchfork.
Unfortunately, we missed the haystack.
We were both killed.
