(Sorry for my english, I don't speak it well.) I've been marriaged for 16 years and I believed that it was a good marriage, with confidence, respect, love. One year ago, I knew that my husband and my best friend had an affair. After this, I knew abaout other affair with another woman, during a trip to Cuba. My entire world falls down. Although he apologize, I couldn't forgive him. Also my feelings are very confused. I feel pain, anger and since then I feel that I don't love him. I felt a big love and passion. Now I'm cold, don't matter what he say or do, despite the time that have passed. I'm very frightened and confused and I don't know what to do.

If the two of you are not in marriage counseling, I recommend you attend as soon as possible. What you are feeling is very normal. Three books that helped me a lot during this time was Surviving an Affair, After the Affair, and Torn Asunder. See if your husband will read them with you. You also may want to read as much from this site as possible to help you start the process. Please continue to keep us updated as the people hear are a great resource in your recovery.
