Hi Ashirley, Thank you so much for thinking of me. I have been pretty much in the workmode, then in a funk mode. I am not so sure what I am doing right now as I have no motivation to make myself better with all the available material. Its been a week since OM and I have spoke, I sent him what seems like a final email as I told him not to contact me anymore. The withdrawl is what I wonder about and also, if I should write a better no contact letter. The other one was mean... I don't want to appear like a child to OM, but if I do, maybe thats the reason he keeps coming back. Then, again I think, if I do send another, it has to be unemotional and to the point. I do have alot I'm thinking about. Thanks again..............
MissJ

Miss J, I'm so glad you responded to my post. I'm very impressed with you and the fact that you were able to send him a final not contact letter. Don't send another, by doing so, you are opening the door for further contact. Don't feel bad about feeling like you were mean in the last, final email. I think that someone has to play the "bad guy" (it's really the strong person.) and if you can play that role, more power to you. I know that it is really, really hard. Do you have any children? how long have you been married?
Please feel free to write more details either publicly or to me via email (ashirley1@hotmail.com). I found it extremely therapeutic to go over and analyze so much of what was said and done...for me it has helped me stay firm and move on. Good luck, stay strong, and feel free to share! AS
