Me too, worried about you... it can get better... I do hope your h apologized to you already about the other day? any hope>? he may still feel bad even if he did not... he is likely using his anger as justified... because of "all those terrible things you did to drive him away... " I know my h does this! <p>Hugs to you regardless... are you on meds sweetie... ? I upped mine effexor... from 75 to 150 last week and I feel LOADS better... I think I needed it alll along... that may be a good idea to keep your calm in this time of turmoil and challenges... <p>just a thought... you do seem to do quite well I am sure your h could use the meds himself... I hope you (T) won't get upset with me posting this ....<p>All is okay for T right now. She's just tired, and hasn't had a chance to get on MB lately. I've been trying to get in touch with her on the phone, and we keep on missing each other. And she just emailed me tonight to tell me that she got my phone message. That's the best I can do to 'update' right now.<p>Karen
