Just took 2 online stress tests. Not feeling well.
1. www.StressTest.net Score-2.89
2. The other is the Stress Evaluator by Holmes
& Rahe Score-655
If you are on aol just enter stresstest as
keyword. Both these tests will show up as
choices to click on.
I know my stress level goes way beyond these
test scores. The tests do not accomodate for
multiple family illnesses such as 2 grown
children who frequently become critically ill,
or for terminally ill young grandchild in home,
plus a host of other highly unusual situations.
Also does not accomodate for this kind of
stress being present for several years. To top
it off
I DO NOT TAKE CARE OF MYSELF. I am a very heavy
smoker, and know I am in danger.
Dont mean to sound whiney, but I really am
fearing for my health and well being. Dont
have a lot left in me.
H's decision to pursue OW pretty much did me
in. Actually that was the least stressful
thing happening, at least it is not life
threatening.
Replaced

The only thing I can say is that there is a reason for everything. If we just hang in through our worst trials, someday we will understand. Keep whatever faith you have and know that there are people out there who care about you. Exercise daily, take a warm bath, take a weekend where you don't think about all the stuff going on. Just breathe. My prayers go to you and those you love. You can overcome this.
