I posted this in EN section earlier, but I thought that I might as well post it here too because it is more like a question to ask.

I’m not sure if I should even mention it here. But, here I’m. I had a chance to have sex with my wife (ws) 4 months ago for the first time after 2.5 years without it (she didn’t want any after D-day almost 3 years ago). I thought that it was a beginning of a long and slow recovery, but when I initiated again a month after the first one, I got rejected with excuses (headache, tired, not in a mood, don’t want any, etc…). Last week I kind of mentioned again about the lack of sex, this time, she still said no, but offered to use her hand on me.

Has anyone out there had this type of situation? Is it good or bad? Is it normal to do just that?

OOOO. unless she has some physical problem, I'd say this is not normal. At least not the only way all the time! Ask her why and don't take excuses for an answer. You deserve answers! and 3 yrs without? Wow, you must be a man of steel! You deserve a wife who will fulfill your needs also.
God bless, LouLou

I read some of the responses on EN to see if I was weird or anything... after I read them, maybe I'm not weird, so here goes...

I certainly dont think anything's wrong with it. Think of it as hot n heavy dating <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" /> .

I think it is an offer on her part to acknowledge and meet your needs. I think you should accept it, enjoy it, appreciate it, and.... who knows.... I think it may be a stepping stone for her towards MORE intimacy and meeting your needs. SHE would enjoy it if YOU enjoy it, and who knows where things can lead down the road.

Hey guy - a pretty puny snow storm, huh? Must have been a female weather forecaster to say 6 inches and we get, what, a half inch? It's because us guys have warped womens' sense of length with the 6 inches story..... But hey, bring your beer in off the back porch tonight because it's gonna be frigid.

(What a segway!) Hmmm, speaking of frigid...........

Hey, I'm with Faith on this, emphasizing the "who knows what might develop" logic.

Heavy dating, huh? Well, that's one way to look at it, I guess.

Speaking of heavy dating, ever make the connection that drive in movies went out of style not too long after the invention of panty hose?
