Just been to the cinema to see Narnia with girls and WH. I had a lightbulb moment. The thing I fear most in the world is flying. It is a mad, irrational fear; I know the statistics of how safe I really am but I feel out of control when I am up in the sky. I have to do it, of course, or I'd never get around this wondrous world, but I wish to God I could overcome this. And it struck me tonight, when I see WH or speak to him now, or even get an email from him, I feel that gut churning sensation I get when I have to fly. Not a good feeling.
That's why I needed to regain power in my town tonight. I felt out of control. TT

So did you like Narnia? I thought it an excellent representation of the book.
You take control.
When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid. Audre Lord

Yeah, I liked the film. The fighting scenes reminded me of LOTR but a kid's version! I'm sorry to say I can't compare it to the book because I never read it. I think until I was 14, I only read Enid Blyton - British equivalent of the Nancy Drew Mysteries.
I know I need to get a grip. He really couldn't hurt me anymore than he has - could he?? I think it's because I know big decisions need to be made after our permanent ID is sorted (paperwork already underway) and I find it very scary.
Right - sorry to get serious. Let the madness commence. TT

It is I!!
CAPTIAN Fabio "[color:"red"]el Diablo[/color]" Cocktoasten
And I am officially somebody's pirate.
I sense the mayor is back for another trouncing. We should all partake in a good trouncing now and again. For if there were no trouncings, how could one discriminate between say, taking a nap, and being trounced.
Avast - CONTRAST is the key. Chroma, hue, brightness and whatever the heck RGB is mean little. It is all in the contrast.
(Wouldn't it be cool if RGB was Ray Gun Blaster? I could really use one-a those, man.)

oooh oooo a TROUNCING?!! Are you gonna use your peg toe to "kick" him?! Sorry you don't even have a whole peg leg. Sounds like a personal problem.
And I know someone whose initials are RBG (close, anyway), and that don't stand for ray blaster anything, I can tell you.
There should be ONE standard here....NOBODY give NCW any KIND of a gun or blaster!
jls
oh,btw, I thought this town would have been deserted by now. Living next to NCW has GOT to get tiresome. But, ya' know, real estate is scarce. And probably really cheap here. Is this the ghetto? Or would that be a standard?
What is that AWFUL screeching noise? Does anybody else hear that?! Blah....
I see dumb people, but I know where my pants are!!! That should be my new signature line. Or maybe, Where are my pants? I never see dumb people. OR Where are my pants, I can't see! Now, THAT would be a party.
OK, I'm done paying attention to NCW now. I shouldn't be paying him anything, esp for that awful singing.

Snopes.com Starbucks Dear Readers, Almost 5 months ago I sent an email to you my faithful friends. I did a wrong thou that needs to be cleared up. I heard from word of mouth about how Starbucks said they didn't support the war and all. I was having enough of that kind of talk and didn't do my research properly like I should have. This is not true. Starbucks supports the men and women in uniform. They have personally contacted me and I have been sent many of their Company's policy on this issue. So I apologize for this quick wrong letter I sent out to you. Now I ask that you all pass this email around to everyone you passed the last one to. Thank you very much for understanding about this.
