You might have guessed it...
...it's a followup to...
Nudism... and young children and
Nudism & Kids... II!
I go to court this Friday (9:30 AM EDT) to request from the courts to:
1. not allow xW to take the kids to the nudist camp
2. stop practicing nudism in front of the kids...
and therefore...
...have been led to the point where I've been forced to ask for 'supervised' visitations.
------
In her reply... to my initial filing... she admits to ...
...practicing nudism in front of my stepson (20 yo)... this includes the OM!
...practicing nudism in front of our daughter (10 yo)!
...(not yet admitted 'full nudism'... in front of our 13 yo son)!
She puts in her reply...
...that 'this' is her lifestyle... and by me filing my motion... I am making her change her lifestyle!... and I have no right to do so!
She not only doesn't deny her desires to have the kids with her when she's at the camp...
...but argues... point after point...
...how healthy... how it builds self-esteem.. how it builds confidence... and how the Catholic church not only condones... but approves of "social nudity".
She included a 26 page master's thesis who backs her up with some of the most bizare findings I ever seen. This was some strange thinking folks.
She made no response to the possible "dangers" at the camp... and no practical response to any 'moral' implications.
I spent 16+ hours just typing my response to her reply...
...and boat loads of time reading/researching...
...one of the reasons I haven't been around much...
...but by legal practice... only 10 (double space pages) of my 15 (single spaced) responses are allowed in my final reply. My attorney synthesized it as best he could.
I learned alot of my faith/moral interpretations by putting this down on paper.
My attorney says this should be a very simple case... with him presenting oral arguments. The judge has the option to ask us questions, but it is unlikely.
I'll be there (even though I don't have to be)!
I'm sure my xW will be there too. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />
In any cases... it will hurt the kids...
...since supervised visitation will be unpleasent... very unpleasent.
A prayer for me and my family, if you all could...
...and for my xW too!
Love to all.
