Here's how things went down with me
-Oct 01- W tells me of "feelings" for single coworker.
-Nov 01- I ask my W to move out after she refuses to end all contact and get different job.
-Dec 01- I tell me wife of evidence from PI that shows adultery, she agrees to take up counseling for second time.
-Feb 02- My wife backs out of continuing with MC. We both felt this C was very good and I thought we were close to getting somewhere but she bailed.
-Apr 02- I tell her of plans and file for D on grounds of Adultery, she gets attorney, says "adultery" never took place.
-May 02- We've agreed to work things out and settle case before it goes to a formal hearing. She's been very distraught and feels bad about what's happened (apologized profusely) but doesn't think we can overcome it. I want to do EVERYTHING possible to save M because I think she's a good person. Our attorneys are giving us time to settle accounts, etc. Is it too late?

Even if you divorce it is never too late. However, if she is still seeing him, reconciliation is impossible.

From what I've gathered from mutual friends and what's she told me, they are no longer seeing each other but do work together on a daily basis. She claims they ignore each other.
