I feel way angry and less hurt than I did before.. any advice on the letting go of the anger thing. I tore myself for the past 2 days being angry over this whole situation.. at my FOO.. my h's fmaily.. etc... all because no one can but out and then angry at H... because esp. my FOO are stepping in to help me raise 2 boys alone.. instead of dumping them in daycare on a perm. basis for now...???<p>My FOO angry at H... me angry at FOO. because they will not let go of anger at H... etc. angry at h's family for perpetuating angry feelings, etc.<p>thanks, H
