sign the papers that is!!!

Still waiting for notorized statements from STBXH, waited a whole week to send them.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM........does make me wonder what is going on in his head. Does he realize that he is delaying things himself? Is he doing that consiously or sub-consiously?

I just don't get it!!!

Did get the holidays worked out though with a very nice conversation.

Just thought I'd let you know that I didn't sign like planned today!!!

Will he blame you?? He could but that would be dumb.

You are doing good. His actions do not have logic. Yours does so keep the steady pace.

Hang in there, sweetie. His behavior does seem contrary to his words of wanting this D. I always say, when words & actions don't agree, believe the actions.

Thank you both!!! Nah he really can't blame me for any of it, and I don't think that he will try anymore as I always put it back on him. He did say that he wants me to let him know when I sign so he ca stay on top of his lawyer.

2 out of the 3 kids have some major health concerns right at the moment, so that does provide a need to talk with STBXH often and will do my best not to LB on those occasions. Does kind of make his two worlds collide when she is standing right there or excuses himself to talk with me!!!

Any how!!! I do have an appointment on the 24th with the lawyer to sign papers.
