Yep. A few of us from KS/MO. Last week or so they were wondering if we could arrange a midwestern get together!! I dont know what came of that, since I have been off here for over a week. I lurk or post on Emotional Needs sometimes, but mostly on Divorcing/Divorced. Look for Misery in Missouri or Lost Husband's post on there.

Hang in there. This rollercoast ride is the worst. But you are not alone. I am sure your situation is likely not your fault. Infidelity or addictions to drugs/alcohol/porno on the web are the worst pain!! But many here have gone thru it & come out better people & have found happiness again. I am still stuck in limbo myself with good & bad days.

Are you talking to a counselor? I think we all need that support. Check your options out. At least get a notebook & write your feelings down. Getting it out any way at all helps. Burn it after if you want! just let it out! Of course they say exercise is good, but I never felt that adrenaline rush & after having surgery, gained back 35 lbs Ugh! I have substituted chocolate!
