It's been almost 24 hours and still no word. Thanks to all of you who kept us in your prayers.
To complicate matters, H will want to "talk" today. I must remain cool.
Why does God put some of us through things like this while letting others live a simple, carefree life? Just wondering...
Please pray for my friend and I hope that by the end of today I will have news about her condition. I am VERY VERY worried.

So sorry you haven't heard anything and that your H is in that mood and wanting to "talk".
I only have time for a quick post. I'm on my way to church. The ow will be there. Did I mention my H is the minister? This is a very small town. To save my children its wrath, I bear this secret. Without the people here at MB, I would be crazy.
The congregation will all see H today and think is so wonderful, H could be. If they only knew!
I think we go through whatever it takes to bring us close to God. His desire is for us to be one with Him and He does whatever it takes to get us there(IMHO). John chapter 17 is precious to me.
I pray you wisdom as you and your H "talk." You will know exactly what to say.
