For those of you who have been asking and/or wondering, I finally spoke with my CAS (children's aid society) worker this morning.
I had called her after the first access visit took place on May 10th, b/c OS was extremely angry and mean, and said, "daddy told me not to talk!!!", when I asked him "what did daddy say?" (I was expecting to hear OS tell me I love you, I miss you, etc).
Anyways... as usual, there is nothing that CAS can do about it at present. The information has been added onto my file, as will any future incidents should they occur. My worker said that this continues to be a family court access and visitation issue, b/c of the court orders. She double checked that I told my lawyer about the events (which I had done already).
Tonight is another access visit. My IL's are in town (for FIL's business), and will be picking up OS only, to take him out to dinner with H, to celebrate his upcoming 4th birthday. Although I only received word of this on Wednesday (after specifically requesting a minimum of 2 weeks notice for visits), I allowed the visit, b/c of the special circumstances (Eric's b-day).
Eric is really excited about getting to open up some presents (FIL said that H had something for him, and so do they). I'm of course worried, b/c of how Eric reacted after the last visitation.
Apparently, IL's will let me know tonight, when they'll next be here to supervise a full visitation day. I had suggested June 15th, which is father's day. However, FIL wanted to see what SIL and her H were up to first!!! (this is NO surprise, as I've stated all along, how IL's always put SIL first... and it's only going to get worse, as she's expecting her first child in September).
I'm sure I'll be back on here tonight to post about what happens. However, I'm honestly keeping my fingers crossed that it all goes well. As much as I don't want my IL's as supervisors; them having that role gives me more "Karen" time (b/c the visitation facilities will only do a maximum 2 hour visit at a time, whereas my IL's will do full days, and perhaps even weekends).

Well, Eric had his dinner and visit tonight, and THANK GOODNESS he is NOT in a foul mood like he was last time.
However, he did tell me that, "daddy told me to keep secrets at the restaurant" . He told me that, along with how daddy helped him to cut his chicken, and grandma helped him to eat his chocolate cake, and how daddy tickled him and called him a goofball, and grampa took him to go pee and there were lots of sinks, etc.
I double-checked with Eric and said, "maybe daddy said that you're NOT to keep secrets?", and I was told, "nope", as he kept on playing with his new toys he got for his birthday.
Oh! Yes! I HAVE to vent about the "presents" he got!! Firstly, IL's got Eric 2 "Thomas the tank engine" movies (his FAVOURITE thing)... but they are 2 movies that he already has... one of them the IL's already bought for him at xmas!!! They're going to try and find some movies that he doesn't already have. I suggested I write out the titles of what he has, so that they don't duplicate. And H got Eric 4 new cars (large hot wheels trucks... they cost about $3 each). What a grinch!!! I'm not saying that it's good if parents (especially non custodial ones) try to "buy" their kids' love... but come on!!! H didn't get the boys anything for xmas, the twins got zip for their birthdays, H hasn't paid any child support and takes in about $3000 per month... and he buys his son $12 worth of cars? When he KNOWS Eric's favourite thing is TRAINS??? UGH!!! Okay... b!tching session is over now.
