Any attorneys out there that are willing to help a little?
I am in the process of filing charges against the OW. I know my H will have to be charged also. I believe it is a misdemeanor, she could pay a fine or spend time in jail, correct? Do you have to prove adultery?
Maybe by charging her with A she will think twice about getting involved with a MM. Maybe, another woman will not have to hurt the way I am hurting.
Who do these women and men think they are? Having an affair is a crime according to the law. It is a crime to the heart in a marriage!
