Well back in june some of you may remember that my WW decided to go no-contact on me. See needed her space.
ie. Didn't want me to be part of her life, a distraction to her ongoing affair..
Well I've kept my distance and we have only talked very briefly by phone or email 4/5 times n the past 8/9 months. I didn't get a xmas card or a happy birthday not that I thought I would.
So here is my situation.
My WW is comming by the house on Friday to pick something up (item doesn't matter) and obviously we will talk and meet. So what do I do???????
Do I ask how she is? Tell her I'm moving into a new place?? Ask if the affair is ongoing?? Etc HELP?? Technicly we could be divorced in the next month.

Goodguy, I would be just as friendly and casual as possible. No serious relationship talk, just polite and friendly.

Good Guy -
What a situation to be in. I can tell you that to be quiet and not say anything or appear to be aloof would be very hard for me to do.
I do think that would be the best thing to do though. Just try to keep your head on straight. I'd also try to have some friends lined up for afterwards. You'll probably be pretty depressed. So line something up to look forward to so you won't go so far down in the dumps when she leaves.
Good luck. Let us know how things go.

So what do I do???????
Act as if you were talking to one of your friends I would say.
Do I ask how she is?
You can, but are you willing to accept the answer? Or accept a half truth answer?
Tell her I'm moving into a new place??
I'd wait and see if that comes up somewhere in the conversation and not "volunteer" it.
Ask if the affair is ongoing??
I wouldn't go there. And if you did, would it be because you still want to reconcile? And once again, can you handle the truth or the half truth? And if she told you, would you believe it?
