The OW has to go to court the end of the month for driving without a valid license. I know for a fact she has been driving and her license was revoked months ago. My question, should I send the DA an anonymous letter stating this? This would be her third offense. I feel like she has gotten away with so much already. Need advice and suggestions. Thanks!

Cyn,

I'd probably stay out of that. Just because it seems too petty to stoop to. Plus, the DA probably won't care.

Now if you have a cousin who's a traffic cop...

As a law abiding citizen I would say go ahead and alert the DA.

Do you want her causing an accident with someone you love?

Cyn 1018,
IT is the Duty of all good citizens to report crimes whenever and wherever they occur. Just like in an affair, all it takes for evil to flourish.......is for good people to stand silent & DO Nothing.

I sure don't want illegal drivers out there. Think of it as a matter of Public Safety. (And if it makes you feel a little better.........Well hey, that's just a *Bonus*). Go for it.

Its not like your "doing" something to her. (Such as assaulting her or even lying about her.) She did this to herself. YOUR just the messanger. YOU are simply telling the truth. And as I've read in countless affair situations, you rarely go wrong by telling the truth.

Of course, its understood that your reasons are a bit selfish. (Well, YEA!) However, as long as you believe that you won't be causing yourself too much trouble, then why not?
Make up your own mind and then do what you consider best.

But let me end with a caution. Please do not let thoughts of revenge and "getting" this OP take you over. It's just not worth it. And neither are they. Take care.

since she's driving without a licence I assume that means she has had lots of driving offenses. That means she's an unsafe driver and should not be out there putting the rest of us in danger. Yes, tell someone who can/will do something about it. I'm not sure the DA will take it very seriously, but you can try.

I agree with top rope "if it makes you feel a little better that's a bonus"
