I know. I know. I have been laying low especially with the "group" that I normally post to bc of some of the feedback that I had gotten on the "Have I helped..." thread. I started second guessing myself and motivations and time spent here. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />

I started a new thread to see what I've missed and to thank those,like you, that had given me a "thanks". KiwiJ posted and asked me if I had seen her reference to Tempted Women and her new job. I hadn't.

At least I had lurked and seen yours.

Sorry. Wasn't trying to single you out for the cold shoulder. I think the new job is great news. I can't believe you were able to stay there with the OM let alone the fact that "everyone" new of the A.

The few posts I've made in the past few days have been to people still in the heat of "battle" like Eric and DanaR.
