WW just told me she wants a separation. She says she is not leaving without the kids. I think she wants the kids just so that there is money coming to her.
I cant live with out my kids.

Hi JaH,
I'm sorry, but I don't have any first hand experience with plan-b or with separation...
It sounds like your W is being very unreasonable.
Have you contacted a lawyer to protect your rights as a father?

i am in the process of doing that.
I spoke with her today for the first time since i came home from the hosp and told her that if we are going to do this then we are going to do what is best for the kids first and that we should see a mediation specialist to draw up a separation agreement.

Just a Husband,
Nice name. Sometimes it feels that way doesn't it. Most of the time I've felt like "Just a mule" to carry the financial burdens.
Not familiar with separation laws as we don't have them in FLA. But of course she wants the kids. For three reasons.
1. It would look horrible to other people (and her own image of herself) if she let them go.
2. Money. Duh!
3. She does love them. But right now, in the fog, she is only making decisions based on her A with OM.
