Wow! Time flys when your life is turned upside down! It has been almost 4 months since WW left! The house closed and is officially mine. Like my WW, I can say IT'S MINE! ME ME ME! So, I feel ok. I have realized that the only way for my WW to truly understand the reality of this is for us to be divorced. Maybe after that she will completely come to her senses. We have had to talk weekly in regards to the mortgage etc. so it still seems like I am there to her I am sure. i highly doubt that she will stop the D so I say, oh well. I tried, I showed her all my love, and got nothing in return. It still is really sad when I think about it, but at least I feel like a normal person now! Thanks to MB site and my family I do. I probably should be posting on the divorcing/ divorced board, but this one is really familiar now so I will stay here.

Juke,

Keep hanging in there! If it means anything, there are a lot of people pulling ( and praying) for you.

Juke - Good - you got the house. That is great. Well, at least if the D goes thru you can go out and start looking at the 20,000 single women.

But at least take your time. What are you going to do if your wife spends her half of the money and then wants to get back with you?

Cymanca - thanks and same to u!

Believer- Yes, the house is a good thing and doesn't really effect possible reconcile IMO. Maybe reconcile after D is better in my position. That way I am protected and we could start from scratch. We could get re-married down the road. i still don't know if I can handle reconcile because we haven't tried yet. If we aren't married and things don't work out at least I won't go thru this whole mess again. i wouldn;t be surprised if she was thinking the same thing. I won't be surprised if she tries to come home in the upcoming months either. I am worried about her. Her own family doesn't even give her guidance at all. I just want her to go to counseling so bad. Even if it is on her own.

I'm in the same boat as you in the sense that I should probably be posting on that other board as well. Like you, I feel like I'm more comfortable on this board as well. I'm wishing you well starting this next chapter in your life.
