I have no intro.

---Regardless of the "reason" or "excuse" for an A, THERE IS NONE!

---I used to (well, at least, trying real damn hard not to anymore) take the "easy way out." Oh, the irony! Having an A only makes it more difficult, more hard work as the result. Would have been a heck of alot "easier" if I had opened my eyes, had gotten my head out of my a$$, and done everything with my W that I did with OW, well, there wouldn't have been an A, now would there have been?

---There's no escaping it: an A causes pain. Real PAIN. (I have yet to find another single, word in the English language that would describe it.) Seeing it and feeling it.

---Communication, communication, communication.

---All actions have an equal reaction. Maybe not now, maybe not tommorrow, but be damn sure it's there and/or will be.

---Perception, perception, perception.

---Regardless of perception, there is truth. Truth according to vows taken and given and a covenent with God.

---There is no truth in an A.

---An A is "like" an addiction. With all addictions that I know of, the only way that I have learned to end an addiction is "cold turkey" along with professional help.

---Time and professional help heals all wounds.

---The scars? It defines one as a person how one "handles" the scars. Cosmetic surgery? Picking them? Or just leave them, as a blatant reminder that that wound happened?

---I will forever be asking forgiveness for my A.

---Not only is there absolutely no reason for an A, there's also no reasoning with the two people involved either.

---Most BS are highly underestimated by their WS.

---Without MarriageBuilders, many lost souls would remain lost, myself included.

---Without the suggestions, advice, 2x4's, experiences, a place to vent, and of course the many special people here, it would have made recovery and all else affiliated with the A, that much more difficult. (Thank you! )

---I have a wonderful W, wonderful children, and a strong foundation of a M that I took all for granted.

---I have alot to be thankful for.

---With continued work, understanding, communication, etc. I will forever be with brown. And be happy about it.

LINY...

Thanks for responding to my post. So, I think I'll respond to yours!!

GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!

I hope one day that my WH will be thinking the same as you.

Glad you're out of the fog and into the sunshine. It's a whole lot warmer in the sunshine. (I've got tears in my eyes after reading you post.)

You keep up the good work. My best to you and brown.
