Well board. I have no feelings anymore for my WH. However I do have a roommate that I like very much. While WH has been living with OW for over a year and doing nothing for me, my roommate has been here.
He is 25 years younger than me. Yikes, there are no feelings on my part for him. But he does such nice things for me. He brings me flowers that he picked himself. He is considerate and caring.
He knows that I love animals and brought me a rabbit that he caught at work. Since then the rabbit has been set free.
He is happy all of the time and laughing and is such a blessing to me.
So I can understand why WS's do what they do. It is just so good to have someone around who makes you feel good.

Believer,
</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">quote:</font><hr /><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial"> Well board. I have no feelings anymore for my WH. </font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">I am happy for you! Hey Girl, it is his loss. You gave him plenty of chances to come around. I am sure that he will realize this down the road and he will realize that he lost a great woman, wife and friend.
Your roommate sounds like a real sweetheart. Men don't think anything about hooking up with younger women and this is an equal opportunity world. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Cathy - This will never be anything other than a friendship, but it does feel good. Very good.

And he is 25 years younger than me. About the same age as my sons. But it is so nice to have someone around that is considerate. What a relief.

believer, I jsut couldn't quit smiling when I read this.
This, combined with the weird thing your WH does, and your noticing of the hOtTie men out there. It's these little things that help us get by.
Enjoy this, you deserve it.

Hey I'm with Maddy and the others. Judging from the tone of a few of your posts I've read lately, you are ready to date <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
Now when did you say that divorce will be final?
Just think there are men with qualities like your roomie out there and who are 25 years older than him. Isn't that exciting? A whole new world awaits you. Me too, but I live in a town about the size of plum so my options are almost non-existant. And won't be no traveling men in my future either, no way no how no thanks, never again.

You all may have to come to Oceanside for a visit. Home of the US Marines. Men are all over the place, you trip over them. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

No thanks, believer!
My first husband was a Marine.
My 2nd and current one in Coast Guard.
if things do not work out, I am DONE with military men. There are just too many things working against the marriage right from the get-go!

Believer, I haven't posted to you for a while, but have been reading some of your posts to see how you are. I am so happy that finally letting go of your H has been good for you. You are such an alive person. It's no wonder this man 25 yrs. younger is showering you with affection. You are young at heart, but have the wisdom of living. Good for you! CV
