Our get-together was lots of fun last night!! faithhopelove04 should be in with pictures soon!
We hope we did not miss d_rose and wife (and daughter?) somehow as we never did catch up with them.
And I really am the worst bowler. The only bowling I had ever done is with candle-pins and the small balls. I was tossin' an 8 pounder last night and it just was NOT working..lol.
It would be great if we could do this once a month or every other month or so. Everyone was great!
PS Yes, I did get lost AGAIN on the way home and
PSS No one cried..lol...yay for us!

We did have a good time. MaddyK, you did have at least one strike didn't you?
Tom Joad was the winning bowler. Congragulations TJ.
Sorry to bum you out with some of the convo, TJ. Actually, I found myself starting to relive some of our own bad memories that are usually best kept in the past for us now.
My h felt a bit like odd man out at times but he really had a good time anyway. He didn't mind trying to answer questions about the mind of the WS during the A.
We'll have to do it another time.
What happened to D-Rose and W? Hope it was something else that just came up and it wasn't that they were there and couldn't find us.

Did Tom Joad show up with an alligator over his shoulder? Where are the pictures?

Hey guys...sorry we missed out. I emailed faithhope friday and said I didn't think we'd make it.
We bothe work finance and with it being the enf of the fiscal year thursday night we put in a few hours. I was up from 5am thursday to 1 am friday and my wife worked from 5am thurs to 5 am friday. Needless to say we were both a little ragged. I probably would have napped in between frames.
Hope we can do it again soon.
FWIT....Our church is doing the 40 days of purpose and my wife and I are hosting a group once a week for the next six. If anyone is interested let me know. No bible thumping, just a good chance to talk about real stuff with real people.
where r da pics????
