I am going to be out of town for 3 days next week to attend a seminar for my job. My wife is coming to the house to get her stuff while I am gone. I think now is the time to give her the Plan B letter?

By the way she bought a used car Friday and I didn't sign for her. How does one but a car with no job and no money. OH---I know OM bought or helped her. But his wife doesn't know. Bet she will in the morning. OM also has sent her money again.

Life is change and I am changing. For the better.

I don't know if timing is so important. I think what is important is that you feel you have executed as perfect a "Plan A" as possible, and that you feel you can no longer do so without LBing all over the place. Just my two cents though. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

I think it's excellent timing. I gave mine as I left for a fishing trip with my son. It makes it a "darker dark" as she has no way to physically come see you even if she wanted to.

Are you concerned having her at the house while gone? Will she clean you out?

She might clean me out but I got the house and all the other assets in the separation agreement. So I really don't think she will take anything but what is hers. She might, she oblivously has lied to me before, over and over again.

Give it then. She can wander the empty rooms and halls where you two have created and raised three children.

She can look at the pictures.

Smell the familiar scents of home.

Alone.

Like I am doing now. Wandering the halls of this big ol house alone. Kids are grown, wife has left. But I will find someone who is loyal and honest and doesnt believe in solving her problems outside of the marriage.

Geez Hopeful....now you've got me depressed and I'm having a BAD day already.

You get to stay there, with a clear conscience.

She, on the other hand, cannot escape hers. Every night, as she goes to sleep she gets to listen to it whisper in her ear: "What have you done"

I, like believer, thinks she'll be back.

Binder, no need to get depressed. Iw as a little sad this afternoon when youngest son left to go back to college. But I'm feeling better now.

My wife came over for a minute this afternoon to ask about getting in to the house. I was cool and cordial. Nothin more. As she left I saw her look back over her shoulder. She is the one who is lost in this mess. I will be fine, just give me some time. I don't mind being along for now.

hopeful - Glad to see that you are posting again. I've missed you. It does sound like you will be just fine. It is very hard at first, but things will be better for you. I promise.
