Ok, I know this sounds a little paranoid, but humor me...

I was wondering if anyone has ever seen any posts authored by a member with the name of "flirtingwiththeenemy" or possibly "flirting with the enemy" or even "operation flirting with the enemy"...????? The reason I ask is that in some of my divorce paperwork, my WW mentions the MB discussion forum and quotes some stuff allegedy written by me that I NEVER wrote. She also lists my various login names as "RJP", "Want My Wife Back", and also as "Flirtingwiththeenemy". Now, I have gone by the first two names, but NOT the third.

Please let me know if you have seen anything. Thanks.

My guess is your lawyer could prove this simply by requesting an IP address for all three logins.. then verify the location of the IP. Tracert.

The board isn't any sort of legal document, ot my understanding...I doubt you could really use this board in court. Mostly because I would THINK the 5th amendment would protect you from testifying against yourself...which I would think this sort of would do... but I am a long ways from any sort of legal knowledge.

I agree, but the damage has already been done. WW made all these claims to the custody evaluator and she bought it all hook line and sinker. In the report, I am quoted as writing that I viewed the evaluation as a game and that I was thrilled that I was "pulling the wool over the evaluators eyes". I NEVER said these things!!!! But, as you can imagine... the report favored WW...

Yeah, I know... I did the same search. You see it was taken completely out of context and "flirtingwiththeenemy" was listed as one of my login names... which I have never gone by. Thanks for the insight though.

Ok, people.... Someone on the D/D board told they have seen a member going by the name of "Flirting with the enemy" in recent weeks over here ont he GQII board. So, I'll ask again if anyone here remebers seeing it as well???? ...anyone happen to remember what the topic was??? Throw me a bone here folks...!?!?

How do you do that? Where is the directory located?

I'm surprised the custody evaluator didn't ask for hard copies of posts. Without written documentation it's nothing more than gossip. I'd ask to have the custody eval thrown out and another done. Did you contact the atty whose name I gave you?

Yes I did... phone tag insued, differant plan of attack prevailed! We have an appointment set up for mediation (my attorney's last chance!). I have a 4 page outline of things in the report that are either flat lies or taken completely out of context. And that is off the top of my head! I am going to go to my Atty's office tomorrow to review the report again and take more notes. I also have a 4 page outline on why I believ that at this point joint custody would be best for the kids. I plan to confront WW and her counsel with this at the mediation in the hopes that they will see how WW's manufactured reality simply will not hold up under cross-examination. Besides, all I want is a small variance over what was recomended anyway. The report states that in every 14 day period I get 5 days and WW gets 9. I want 7 and 7 with exchanges taking place on Sunday evenings. Fair to all and much more stable than the current situation. I would hope that WW's atty would see this as a good thing and be able to convince WW of such. If, however, mediation fails... new attorney and BIG, EXPENSIVE trial! Oh, by the way... we both had to take the MMPI-2... the results of which where not available at the time the report was issued... P*SSED me off!!!! Why write the report then???????? AGGGHHHHHH....

Oh... and not only did the evaluator obviously not read the actual transcript.... SHE NEVER EVEN ASKED ME ABOUT IT!!!!! Basically, WW was allowed to present it and spin it however she wanted with no attempt to get the "rest of the story".... again, AGGGHHHHHHHH.......

Uhmmmm ok. So, I'm wondering if perhaps you need to either not post or re-register with an entirely new login and member # since they've read and used your posts against you in the past?

You can also come over to SYMC if you think they might not find you there. But I'd be concerned about your W or her atty continuing to read here.
