Wh just called and OW is threatening to call me and confront me regarding CPS showing up at her house. He said she is threatening to tell me stuff I already know about (he told me all that she said), because she "knows" it was either me or him that called CPS in the first place (it was him), because of info that only he and I'd know was on the report. She also said the more she thinks about it, the more that she thinks it was me and that "I (me) thinks it'll drive her away, but it'll just drive her closer."

He told her this has gotten beyond talking about the kids so he had to go.

Psycho.

I need this? Nope. Bring it on. I won't argue - but I WILL tell it like it is, and I highly doubt she'd like my telling of it.

I hope you don't mind, Hurtinone, but I printed this out (substituting dh's name in the appropriate places).

quote:
A prayer for your husband from the book "Power Of A Praying Wife".

Lord, you have said to call upon you in the day of trouble and you will deliver us (Psalm 50:15). I call upon you now and ask that you would work deliverance in K's husbands life. Deliver him form anything that binds him, set him free from the addiction of adultry, set him free from the addiction of dishonesty, set him free from the addition of the OW. Deliver him quickly and be a rock of refuge and a fortress of defense to save him. Lift him away from the hands of the enemy (Psalm 31:15).
Bring him to a place of understand where he can recognize the work of evil and cry out to you for help. Give him the certainty that even in his most hopeless state, when he find it impossible to change anything, you, Lord can change everything.
Help K's husband Lord to understand we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against prinipalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this age. I pray that he will be strong in the Lord and put on the whole armor of God, so he can stand against the wiles of the devil in the evil day. Help him to gird his waist with truth and put on the breastplace of righteousness. Enable him to take up the sheild of faith with which to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. I pray that he will take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit which is the word of God.

For you K,

The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my strength, in whom I will trust, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I will call upon the Lord who is worthy to be praised, so shall I be saved from my enemies. (Psalm 18)

Anyone in I-ville will attest that this came as Providence to me today. I hope you don't mind. I'm going to carry it with me....I might even leave it where dwh can see it when he visits.
