My main concern is do I go home take a few things mainly the computer she's using to avoid talking to me or dealing with me. Or do I look better in court just leaving her alone since she kicked me out and put me on the street?

I'm no expert, but I think taking things out of the home isn't going to accomplish much but p*ss her off...if your goal is to save your marriage, it just seems to me that this kind of thing wouldn't help much
I still think you should move back home no matter what she or her father or anyone says..it's your home and you have every right to live there...can her mother really put the house up for sale if your name is on it also?...If you don't already have one, get a good lawyer and find out your rights regarding this..
