I need to unfortunately implement Plan B. But my WH just will not leave the "marital home." Is there any way that I can get him to leave. I feel like I am drowning!

there is no way to force him to leave unfortunently. Sorry. I take it you asked him and he refused? are you afraid for your safety? My mom called the police and had my gentle as a cat father removed from the home because she claimed to be afraid for her safety, and he was not allowed to come back for weeks- hoever that was 14 years ago now...
You could file...then he would have to leave. I am not sure how to get him to leave while follow MB guidelines.
