This is kind of strange. For some reason everyone at work was badmouthing my H today for like over an hour. They were all talking about what a creep he has been to me and what they wished on him for being such a creep when out of the blue I got a call from him asking what I was up to today. He wanted to give me some mail that's been going to his house and mentioned that he hadn't been out to eat in about a month and wondered if i wanted to join him. Anyway, we decided to meet sometime tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.

Okay so we had our meeting today... All was well for the most part until the end when I started getting depressed about life again... where he noticed that my self esteem is still really low...

We mainly tralked about what was going on in our lives and so forth. He asked what we were going to do about taxes this year. Filing jointly or seperately... I'm sure he'd have a lot to gain if we filed jointly since I get school tax credit as well as me not working until the end of the year and he normally would have to pay a lot in taxes without me. Anyway, that's about it. I found out his parents used thier retirement money to pay off his $25,000 in credit card debt. So now he's paying them instead of the credit card company... He also tells me that my cat over there is driving everyone crazy but oh well. Still isn't going to give her to me.

How do you feel about today's talks? Why won't he give you your cat?
ALso I would file seperately- after all that is the life he wants now right?

I will file seperately... The talk went well other than when I started letting my low self esteem through...

For some reason I'm having a panic attack. Don't know why. Haven't had one since this all began last year. Can't breathe well.... Feel light headed but can't sleep.

He's had my cat since this all began. He refused to let me take her. Claimed she would be the only thing he and his family would fight over since she would be happiest living at his parents house.
