well some bad things too, our dog may have to be put to sleep.
but too many good things are happening that i just had to write my thankfulness about them.
i played raquetball with my daughter yesterday morning because she had a late arrival day and wanted to still get up early so we could play on our own. God, thank you for this beautiful daughter who even at 15 still likes to hang out with mom.
i played raquetball with my son this morning (his school starts late enough, we can squeeze in a game on a normal day). he heard about my daughter and i doing it and had to get into the action!! God, thank you for this adorable son and for the opportunity to bond more with him and help him feel my love.
i finished my note to my brother, shared it with my H and my IC today and although i have not sent it yet, i feel such a huge weight lifted off of me. God, thank you for helping me thur this process. Thank you for my IC.
Thank you Lord for this forumn and all the wonderful people here. Thank you for Your love and Your grace made possible thru Jesus Christ.
And above all, thank you for my H. no words can adequately say all i should say about this man.
Amen

Glad good things are happening in your life. I'm sure you deserve every bit of it.
Sorry to hear about your dog. I'm worrying about my dog too. He's a 10 yr. old weimaraner. He's having hip trouble. I'll say a little prayer for your furry friend.

FL, your optimism brings a tear to my eye. I am so happy for you. You have worked so hard and come so far. I am reminded of all the supportive posts that JL sent to you. I know there have been many others but those exchanges really stick out to me.
I'm really happy that your children have been such a source of inspiration. Seems like you have a great connection with them. God bless and continued success. You H is both a special man as well as a lucky man.

thanks everyone, not enough time to say much more than that, i have to get to lab, i feel like that is all i say these days!!! However, today I do hope to get out by 1pm and go play raquetball with H. He brought up the idea for us to play yesterday, it has been a while since we have had a chance.
WOE, i have not seen you for sometime so i took this opportunity to look for your more recent posts and I found the "something positive" topic. that made me smile!!! I am very happy for you too. thanks for the HI.
Everyone else, thanks for your replies, they were very nice to read May God bless each and every one of you too. I really believe I would not be where and who I am today without you all. It is a debt I know I will never be able to re-pay but I will certainly try by how I live my life now.
RIF, I have so given up on i'ville!!!!! as much as i love all of you, i CAN"T KEEP UP!!!! I am sure I will continue my fly by visits every once in a while. I know you days are getting a bit shorter before you get to go home. I will certainly be sure to check in around the time you are getting ready to go home. I suspect, once you are home, we may not be seeing so many posts from you. which of course is a shame but also so wonderful for you.
as for my dog, we don't know what we will do yet, we might try to do surgery, that might give her 6 months to a year more time in our family, unfortunately, it might also kill her so we just don't know yet.
ok, did i mention i have to get to lab!!!!
