The best one I have found is Spector. It is completely undetectable. It records everything. It will get past just about anything. You can find more info at: www.spectorsoft.com [ February 16, 2005, 07:30 AM: Message edited by: frozen1229 ]

Be VERY careful about installing it on your WW's work computer. It is definitely illegal unless you own the business and the computers. IF there is an IT department and they CAN detect it, you could be charged with all sorts of things.

From a legal and civil standpoint I wouldnt even think of installing it on a work computer. Opens yourself up to charges and lawsuits

Oh you would be in a world of hurt!
Okay an analogy. HOw would you feel if a stranger came into YOUR house and installed spyware? AND had access to your financials and all your personal stuff!
Now add that to the fact that this is a business and they have competitors, etc. DON'T GO THERE!

You can't legally use her password if she intended for you not to. Installing spyware on home computers is iffy, too, and be sure you check state laws, which in some cases are more restrictive than federal laws.
For the work computer, you might get somewhere by informing her management because they can legally do the monitoring. They could see it as a productivity issue and a proper use of facilities issue. Of course, it might lead to some type of discipline or termination, so you have to consider that ahead of time. At the point you tell her management, it's out of your hands.
Assuming you already searched the house, car, purse, and clothing, keep doing it once in a while. It's almost impossible for a wayward spouse to maintain perfect secrecy all the time.
