Sorry, I haven't learned the abbreviations. But here I find out my husband of 40 years is emailing the woman he had an affair with 21 years ago. I know he hasn't seen her as he has not left the state unless of course she's been out here. We have been separated for almost a year now because I no longer felt "cherished." How do I mark time with this man whom I have lost all respect for over the years? Is there anyone else in a similar situation. I know now that he is a sex addict and always has been. His last proven fling was six years ago. We are 62 years old. What a life!

So sorry that you find the need to be here, but you are in the right place!

Wow! 40yrs! I am so sad for you, that is awful! My H is a sex addict, too, but had been in R awhile... had been!

Have you two had any counseling at all? Is he willing to admit he has a problem? If you have been separated a yr, how do you know he has had no more As?

Yikes! Hopefully one of the more seasoned MBs will be along soon, meanwhile read up, there is even info an SA (sexual addiction). Take Care!
