I'm just wondering how you broke the news to your WS that you were filing for divorce, or that you decided that was the course of action you wanted to take?
I'm interested in everyone's story, but would really love to hear from people whose WS had not already moved out or moved in with OP or stated that he/she wanted a divorce.
Thanks for any input.

Hope this helps....My WW was out of the house but the D talk wasn't happening..her OM had moved back with his W and it looked like things were going to turn around.
3 weeks later OM runs away from his wife again and begged my WW to take him back, she did but failed to mention it to me, WW acted as if he was still gone for 2 or more weeks so it had been at least 5-6 weeks of her blowing smoke up my bum. I knew he was back but waited for her to say something.
She didn't so I had her served with D papers on her Birthday (also anniversary).
Sometimes enough is too much.
Anyway never said a word to her, she got them and then stormed over here like I had done something wrong? Go figure?
I let her piss and moan, yell and scream for a bit and then asked her...
"Is OM living with you?"
Looooong silence....
And I said "Goodbye" and went in the house.
Sad really, it's still sad but each person has their limits and I'd reached mine.
"Who are you" said the Caterpillar This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation.
Alice replied, rather shyly, "I--I hardly know, sir, just at present...At least I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then."

(I had to create a new account so I can read posts and reply, used to be NotToMe or NTM)
Thanks for replying Reborn. I have a feeling my conversation will go down in a similar fashion. WH has been fence-sitting, still in contact with OW. Although contact itself isnt' the problem since there is OC involved and I have stated that I would allow contact for that reason, he is telling her he loves her and is thinking about her, basically still in the A although they can not be physical because of geographic distance. He doesnt' know that I know the nature of their conversations, yet. Since we are still living in the same house I think I'd prefer to tell him personally that I am going to file for divorce instead of having him served. I was just wondering how other people handled it.
Thanks again for your reply and I hope you are finding your way into the sunshine again...I'm looking forward to that time myself.
