But I keep getting the server down message that is apparently common. Is there anyone who can tell me what to do? I have e-mailed tempest but haven't heard back. Keep in mind, I can post, but not reply or view any replies. Help!

Have you changed to flat mode. In the right corner their is a button that says either threaded or flat mode. If it says threaded then it is already in flat mode. If not,then try clicking on it.
