VOG - volcanic fog.

Not in my house, just at my job. Sigh! Had a discussion with the boss this evening and Yep, his head is not attached to his neck.

I got told to name his most important EE (OW). At least I got the right name (it certainly wasn't me - LOL!! ). Yep, no one else matters. Then he proceeded to make wild accusations at me. Even lied. How very disappointing. The job could have been a good one but it is all going downhill now. So far out of the 4 employers I worked for 3 of them were having an A with co-workers.

Ok, how can I tell when interviewing, if an A is in progress? Sure wish there was a foolproof way to figure that out. I will try hard to steer clear of this kind of mess next time.

I think the disappointing piece is that he and I discussed my work experience, ethics and requirements from both of us B4 I started this job. I even went so far as to relate how a former boss had an A and how it affected the moral of the department (it had a major effect). I am angry because I never wanted to be in that kind of position again and blam, I am right in the middle of it and worse, being accused of having a BAD ATTITUDE!

The bright side is that I used revese babble on him and left him in the dust where he is still figuring out which end it up. His first attack is to say I am wrong without even hearing me out so then I ask him to explain himself and clarify his accusations so I can learn t/b better but he can never seem to provide anything constructive for me to work with. He makes general accusations but can not give proof. A few times tonight I had to bite my tonge as I watched him struggle to twist my questions against me. It didn't work. Left him with a twisted face and then he had to go home.

It is a shame. I am a dedicated worker and while I may not be the greatest worker, I do my best. It just breaks my heart that his other employees and clients are left to suffer as a result.

You can only follow your own rules in this, and I'm glad you're not staying in such an environment and not staying out of need or convenience.

Thanks Brown. That was just the tip of it all. More followed but don't want to post too much. It just makes me aggravated. What is it about men on authority and affairs?!??!?!? I don't get it. I just want a job where I can do my fair share and get paid. Let's see, the guy even said I was only doing 25% of the real job but then he qualified it and said "that's ok". Now what's up with that?!??!? Today he says that I have been here long enough (that's 3 months) and I should know everything by now.

Well I don't. His training with me has been minimal at best. He lavishes training on the OW instead the rest of us. Both H & I worked there and his attention was given in forms of disgust (awwwhhh shutz is what he normally says) instead of taking the time to show us the correct way. So often I am left trying to figure things out. I usually do but you know, it just takes longer. Arrrgh.....

Well I do have a plan, but I don't warn when I am pizzed off....I just execute. Sounds like plan B eh?!??!!? LOL!!! <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Too bad, getting the hang of this stuff is just about happening but my family is suffering in the interim and I can't be divided as such. More arrrgh......
