Given that, thanks to Melisa (is her BF a MM?), your wife and MM have shut down the normal ways of contacting his wife, I have an idea.
Place an ad in the major newspaper for that area. The ad should read:
"Mrs. OMW, I have important information for you in regard to a situation that is having a serious and detrimental effect on your life, as well as mine. Please contact me ASAP at xxx-xxx-xxxx."
You can do this in the personals section, but I would go for spending the money to place a small box ad.
