2DD ages 12&2
Headed for D fast
reside in KY
Married 4 years together 8
Go figure thinks he is a good father 4 days a month.

Joanna -- I'm a paralegal in KY. If you leave the state, with the children and without his permission, you run the risk of him filing motions with the Court. Yes, he could try to circumvent your relocation. He might file for emergency custody. He could also file federal kidnapping charges.


Consider how hard it is to change yourself and you'll understand what little chance you have in trying to change others.
