now talk to your H about this and then contact whoever you need to contact there on the base and get started!! be sure to talk to several counsolers before deciding on who you want to work with. you have to feel comfortable with the person or you won't get anywhere. it took me a few attempts before i found one that was worth the $$!!

Sounds like slight postpartem depression and a normal hormonal change in your body.After all your only 7 weeks post partem...6 weeks is recomended before you start having intercourse again. Maybe you went back to it to soon. Also You only have 19 more pounds to go after 7 weeks from having a baby? Girl your doing better than most women in a short period of time! Way to Go!
Factor in the lack of sleep from having a new baby and a toddler...these are normal reactions to being a mom. Is you lifestyle back to normal during the day? upbeat..happy? It takes 9 months of hormonal changes when you pregnant...when you have the baby it can take just as long to get back to normal. Are you still taking vitamins?
My suggestion is to give yourself another month to feel better...go back to maybe just intimate cuddle time with no intercourse for a week or two and see how you feel.
If you don't feel better in a month seek some couseling.
