Im trying to figure what I should do with legal seperation papers I want to give to wh- do you still file with court or is that only divorce. also if i want him to pay mortgage and child support but I make a little more than he does what happens?
should I just work this with him or force in court.
He did sign and say he will pay mtg and all expenses for kids but i need to make sure - he is too much in fog for meand ow filed bankruptcy lastmonth- he totalled his car and it is too much drama for me.

get to a lawyer and do it the right way. doesnt have to be nasty...just done right.
the lawyer will be able to advise you on exactly what you need to do and protect for the state you live in.

Get an lawyer, the laws vary to much between state to state. Do this before the fog lifts. You can work out the who is going to do what for whom with him,if you want. But get a lawyer first. They will know what other issues/property/ support you need to address. Do this before you talk to WH.
