I got my cell phone bill in for this month. Now I knew my w/h would not be dumb enough to call o/w on the personal cell phone, but I figured o/w could call in and I would never know because our bills do not show incoming phone numbers.

I played detective and went over cell phone, cross checking with all calls made by me to husband and I am happy to say there has been no contact, via calls coming in. Almost all calls coming in are mine.

I knew my husband had been on the road to recovery but this confirmed what I already felt in my gut.
I can't explain how happy and relieved I am.

I will still keep on vigilence until I get a few more months under my belt but I do feel confident that our marriage is going to make it.

I am almost ready to change w/h to f/w/h. We are making such good progress. When he finally gets to the point where he can talk to me, I will know we are really on the road to recovery.
W/H and I are now laughing and goofing around, his mom is now relaxed and enjoying the new facility, and w/h is actually starting to come around his mom's more and is not so upset, actually is starting to joke around with the residents and is enjoying his visits with them while visiting his mom.
Life is starting to turn back to normal, now if I could just start bringing in some money, life will truly be getting better.

What a difference a month makes.
The sun is coming out.

In the end, I have nothing to lose but everything to gain, by trying to save my marriage.

That is great that you can confirm NC.

Just a suggestion for the future though. If you use Cingular for your cell phone, you can get detailed billing that shows all of the numbers called and all of the numbers calling in. You can even get up-to-date call history online.

When I broke NC, I hated that feature. But now I am really glad that we have it because my H can know for sure that I am not breaking NC ever again.
