I need some help with constructing a Plan B letter. My WH has been living with the OW for more than four months now, but has continued a sexual and emotional relationship with me. I need him to know that I'm tired of being played and if this is the life he's chosen then here are the 'rules and consequences'.

We have a six month old daughter together. I'm not sure if complete NC is going to be possible because of her age. I'm trying to get him to only see her on set days and times so I can arrange for someone else to be here with her.

I've read what Plan B/Plan A is; but, in the information it doesn't really give details or assistance in what exactly it is.

Some examples would be great!

TIA,
sunkissed

There are plan B leters you can read here. I am not sure where to send you. Basically it is to try and presserve any love you have left for him and set your boundries. Start by writing a letter and posting it here and others will help you here. It is supposed to be a letter saying how you love him but asking for some distance from him. Such as setting someone else up to relay maessage between the 2 of you. It involves going dark and having no communication.

Sun - Plan B may be premature for you. I'm not sure what your sitch is, but be sure to do a good Plan A BEFORE Plan B. Stung
